The HJ Wiemer Flower Day Riesling is biodynamically produced wine with hand-harvested harvested fruit, carefully selected over multiple passes in the estate’s vineyards’ best parcels.

 The name comes from the biodynamic calendar, named after one of the four kinds of days: root days, flower days, fruit days, and leaf days.

The wine is fresh and exuberant; dry with a touch of playful effervescence. Both floral with classic Riesling complexity. A super dry, crisp mouthfeel with bags of juicy lychee, floral finesse and a very long finish.

Cracking with any fish dishes, fresh salads or some griddles halloumi.
