Patrick Piuze is a shining light in Chablis, France. His wines are sought after & grace the winelists of some of the worlds best restaurants & were privileged to have him on ours.

This is a departure from the usual Chablis style. The Cote d'Auxerre sits to the south west of Chablis & although this is 100% Chardonnay, there is a little more ripeness - a tingy of stone fruits, hazlenut & white flowers. It's beautifully balanced cutting a line between power & restrain.

Perfect for a roast chicken or bolder fish dishes.
