Justin Boxler - Jardin des Vignes (2022). Alsace, France.

An invigorating Alsatian white, made from a blend of the lesser known grapes from the region - Muscat, Sylvaner, Pinot Auxerrois and Chasselas. Coming from 11th generation winemakers Charlotte & Florent - the Boxler family have honed their craft.

Crisp, whist plump, floral whilst fruity. This would be equally delicious with the Easter cheese board (especially a slice of Comté) or as an Apertifs with the family pre-lunch.

 Weingut Dorli Muhr - Carnuntum (2019). Carnuntum, Austria.

A sumptuous blend of 2/3 Blaufrankish & 1/3 Syrah. An outstanding regional wine coming from an often forgotten, brilliant winemaking country. The 2019 vintage was almost perfect conditions - possibly the finest since the turn of the millennium.

Exquisitely balanced with a blend of red & dark fruit, coupled with a touch of smoke & white pepper. The perfect foil for Easter Sunday Lamb.
